Latika is a former Ayurvedic doctor from India and a dedicated yoga instructor in North Carolina. She specializes in senior mobility and balance, and prenatal/postnatal support—blending breathwork, gentle strength, and restorative movement. Sessions are calm, safety-first, and tailored to your home and pace to reduce stress, improve function, and build confidence week by week.
She's currently studying to become a registered dietitian.
